    • Writing paragraphs, introductions & conclusions.
    • Adjust style according to purpose.
    • Effective Letter writing.
    • Using conjunctions and referents.
    • Organising information logically within a text.
    • Using examples and evidence to support an argument.
  • Speaking

    • Practising all question types.
    • Practising pronunciation & intonation.
    • Practising fluency.
    • Using and understanding common phrases.
    • Speaking for an extended time on a particular topic.
    • Discussing that topic
  • Listening

    • Practising all question types.
    • Recognizing intonation patterns (questions, surprise etc).
    • Understand clearly the accents of the native English speakers including Australians, British and Americans.
    • Listening for specific information, keywords, general information, numbers, transition signals and discourse markers (firstly, secondly, obviously, furthermore, indeed).
